Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations of a high-volume store location, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Supervise and support team members, providing guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback to foster professional development.
• Help train new and existing staff members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular inventory counts.
• Support cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records and transactions.
• Help develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
• Address customer concerns and complaints professionally, working toward satisfactory resolutions.
• Assist with scheduling and workforce management to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
• Demonstrate strong self-motivation and take initiative in identifying and solving operational challenges.
• Support the Store Manager in executing company initiatives and maintaining brand standards.
