Job summary

Team Washington, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily store operations in Manassas, VA. You will help drive sales, control costs, retain staff, and ensure excellent customer service and food quality.

The role requires strong leadership, cash handling, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate deliveries. This is a full-time, on-site position at a Domino’s Pizza franchise location.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass applicable Company background checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as needed in interactions with management and customers.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a team during daily store operations.
• Ability to manage labor and costs and ensure customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure customers are welcomed and staff are responsive and courteous.
• Supervise food preparation and service to meet brand standards.
• Assist with opening/closing and daily prep lists.
• Manage on-the-spot training and coordinate deliveries.
• Support sales, service, cleanliness, and safety goals with the team.
• Assist in scheduling and labor cost control.
• Communicate with managers and colleagues to solve problems.
