WinCo Foods in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an energetic grocery clerk to support store operations. You will perform clerk, cashier and freight stocker duties, answer customer questions and help ensure fast, friendly service across departments.

As part of a growing, employee-owned company with over 140 stores, you will contribute to delivering low prices while upholding safety and quality standards. Experience with multi-tasking in a busy retail setting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and assist in department operations as needed.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced grocery environment.
• Understand safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• In Montana and Oregon the minimum age is 18; all other states 21.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Perform clerk duties and support the department manager.
• Cashier and stocking duties as needed to keep displays stocked.
• Monitor checkout lanes and help ensure fast, accurate service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety in assigned area.
• Assist with training and directing other clerks.
