Domino's Store Assistant Manager Seattle is seeking a motivated leader to oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage team performance.

You will control costs, handle inventory, supervise staffing, complete paperwork, and maintain safety standards while delivering fast, accurate service in a busy store. This role requires driving, teamwork, and a commitment to policies and quality customer care.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator acceptable).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
• Work to ensure staffing is at optimal levels at all times.
• Assist in preparing all paperwork and ensure timely submission.
• Provide the best customer service at all times.
• Assist with performance reviews and maintain a team-spirited environment.
