Job summary

Enmarket in Orangeburg, SC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist in daily store operations and mentor the team to deliver fast, friendly service. You will help ensure every customer enjoys a great shopping experience and support the Store Manager in day-to-day leadership.

The role requires at least one year of retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage inventory and vendor deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum of one year retail experience.
• Must have general computer knowledge.
• Must be able to read, write and operate electronic equipment and sales transactions.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to stand at all times.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operation of the store.
• Mentor team members to provide fast and friendly service and ensure customers have a great shopping experience.
• Check in vendor deliveries.
• Assist in training and as needed for Store Manager.
• Stock and restock inventory, and complete required paperwork.
