Job summary

Enmarket is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations at our Bamberg, SC location. You will mentor staff to deliver fast, friendly service and ensure every customer has a great shopping experience.

We value team players with retail experience, strong communication, and basic computer skills. You must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds; weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of retail experience.
• Ability to read, write and operate electronic equipment and sales transactions.
• General computer knowledge required.
• Good communication skills required.
• Must be able to stand and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily store operations.
• Mentor team members to provide fast and friendly service.
• Assist Store Manager as needed.
• Check in vendor deliveries.
• Complete required paperwork including shift reports and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain store facilities and safety.
