• Take an active role support the GM in the total management of our Jersey Mike's store, ensuring smooth operations and a positive dining experience.
• Maintain rigorous standards of quality control to uphold the brand's reputation.
• Manage store administration effectively and efficiently.
• Prepare and present accurate weekly and monthly reports.
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring friendly and attentive service.
• Foster a team-oriented atmosphere while building and maintaining a strong team.
• Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure efficient labor utilization.
• Implement and refine store procedures to enhance operations.
• Manage ordering and inventory to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
