Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Mooresville, NC offers a 10-week Summer Internship Program at our headquarters. You’ll gain hands-on experience in running services technology and enablement programs, with exposure to real-world retail operations.

You will collaborate with business and technology partners, plan initiatives, analyze performance, and support tool adoption to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Technology, Project Management, Operations, or related field.
• Expected graduation dates of December 2027 or May 2028.
• 3.0 cumulative GPA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of Services Technology & Enablement programs.
• Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements and develop action plans.
• Track program performance, timelines, deliverables, risks, and key metrics.
• Analyze data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvements.
• Support the testing, implementation, and adoption of new tools and processes.
• Develop reporting, presentations, and communications to support program execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Gain experience in program management, technology enablement, change management, and continuous improvement.
