Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail operations, communications, or multi-channel environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital communications tools.
• Experience with SharePoint/Microsoft Teams/Workplace preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, review, and edit all store level communications to support profitable sales and excellent customer experience.
• Translate communication to ensure regulatory alignment across channels.
• Create a consistent voice for field communications and brand language.
