The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow processes, and flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS) and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on operational excellence to support sales drivers and provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Keep fixtures stocked with merchandise and maintain store cleanliness.
• Support the Merchandise Manager (MM) and Operations Manager (OM) through performance metrics and procedures.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, and displays using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
• Drive replenishment and inventory processes, ensuring testers are available and areas are faced.
• Protect company assets and provide exceptional guest service.
