  • Second language skills (speaking, reading, writing)
Responsibilities:
  • Promote trust and respect among associates.
  • Create an environment where customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated by answering questions and making suggestions about products.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Recommend products and inform customers of specials.
  • Check product quality and freshness, review sell-by dates, and take appropriate actions.
  • Label, stock, and inventory merchandise; ensure customers receive ordered products.
  • Report discrepancies and safety issues, maintain safety and temperature logs, and adhere to food safety regulations.
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report any repairs needed.
  • Notify management of accidents, safety risks, or illegal activities.
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
