Quality Control:
Assess embroidered items for frayed threads and ensure quality before customer pickup.
Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on the embroidery machine.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with personalization requests.
Be mobile on the sales floor, able to lift and move items, and operate the POS system .
