Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages store displays, signage, and seasonal resets according to guidelines.
• Controls opening/closing duties, cash handling, alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and leads staff, customer service, and issue resolution.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives store sales and manages expenses through merchandising and service.
