Job summary

Five Below is hiring a Store Manager in our Miry Brook location. You will oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure top-notch customer service while executing company standards for displays, pricing, and promotions.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, managing cash, training associates, and driving sales through merchandising and efficient store execution. A high school diploma and at least two years of management experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Set up and maintain displays, ensuring accurate signage and updated promotions.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff management.
• Supervise daily activities of store associates and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist onboarding and training of associates on store policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Execute market plan with appropriate product placement and signage per corporate guidelines.
