Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Leadership/supervisory experience preferred, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring and managing workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs, guiding purchases and assisting with decisions.
• Assist management with supervising associates, delegating duties and training on processes.
• Maintain sales floor, stock, merchandising, zoning, pricing and paperwork per policies.
• Support safety, Open Door Policy and compliance, and participate in recruiting and coaching activities.
