Responsibilities

• Lead and assist store leadership to ensure SOPs and company programs are followed.
• Oversee truck execution, unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Manage workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Own Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Support Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processing.
• Train and coach team members through onboarding and skill-building.
