Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, ensuring accurate signage and promotions per corporate guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing procedures, secures cash, locks doors, sets alarms, and ensures daily readiness.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Provides guidance to associates, helps onboard and train staff on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service; executes market plan and maintains inventory integrity.
