Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage; maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution processes; ensure unloading and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization; align staffing with business needs.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for stock readiness.
• Oversee Planogram execution; ensure merchandising sets are completed on schedule.
• Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Support a clean, organized store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control; ensure product accuracy and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets; ensure promotional signage and product placement are customer-focused.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time across floors and systems.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment; ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving; ensure compliance and inventory adjustments.
• Manage store damages procedures; reduce shrink and report appropriately.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Partner to maintain Asset Protection practices and reduce shrink.
