Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time merchandiser to work in Newton, KS, supporting Hallmark department merchandising in retail stores. You will restock, organize, and monitor inventory using a handheld device, collaborating with store teams to ensure proper product displays.

Ideal candidates will be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and assist with seasonal resets, installations, and inventory support; availability around holidays and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• Have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the department using a handheld device.
• Holiday support: increased hours around major holidays with potential weekend work.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixtures, and relocating card sections with advance notice.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with field merchandisers to support others in the territory.
