Serv-U-Success is hiring a Flex Store Representative to stock shelves, rotate products, set up displays, and support merchandising across Walker, Hudsonville, Grandville, and surrounding stores. The role requires travel within a defined territory and the ability to work 9:00pm–5:00am shifts, including weekends.

The position offers full-time hours (40/week), a competitive hourly wage up to $20 with experience-based premiums, and a benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage,

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a must in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate product, and set up displays at multiple store locations.
• Travel between Walker, Hudsonville, Grandville and other stores within a territory.
• Contribute to merchandising, planogram execution, and product rotation.
• Maintain backroom organization and ensure accurate product movement to sales floor.
• Engage with store staff and customers to provide excellent service.
• Operate with a strong safety mindset and use store equipment properly.

• -Up to $20.00/hr (based on experience + premiums)

• -must be available to work weekends and weekdays

As a Flex Store Representative, you would be stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, stocking&rotating products in coolers, organizing and rotating product in storage rooms, and moving products from storage to the sales floor. This position interacts with personnel at the store location and may also participate in service projects of varying size and complexity. This position does require travel within a defined territory.

• Travelling to stores within a defined territory to perform job duties.
• Merchandising, stocking, and maintaining product displays (Both grocery and hardlines)
• Resetting and building displays with the use of planograms and other instructional materials
• Rotating date sensitive product on the shelf and in the backroom
• Transporting product between the sales floor and the backroom
