Job summary

Lewis Bakeries is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser for our Richmond, IN location. You will stock shelves, rotate products for freshness, and build attractive displays while using an electronic tablet for daily inventory.

You will foster strong relationships with store personnel to ensure product availability for customers. The role offers flexible hours, involving mornings, weekends, and holidays, with about 15–28 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and replenish bakery products to ensure freshness and product quality.

• Perform light bookkeeping and accurately maintain required inventory and merchandising records.
• Move, lift, and organize stacks of bakery products throughout the store.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs.
• Build positive working relationships with store personnel.
• Follow company merchandising, safety, and food quality standards.
