Serv-U-Success is seeking a Store Representative in Indiana. You will stock shelves, set displays, greet customers, and support merchandising and store operations while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.

This part-time role offers daytime shifts 7:00am–3:00pm, 20–26 hours weekly, with weekend availability. Training is provided and you will collaborate with store leadership to complete daily priorities and ensure customer-ready stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work collaboratively with Store Managers and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly.
