Job summary

Dutch Farms is seeking a Store Merchandiser to cover a defined retail territory, ensuring in-store execution and POS interaction to drive sales. The role operates day shift, with no weekends and requires the use of a personal vehicle for mileage reimbursements.

You will build relationships with store management, set up planograms, and oversee new product placements while working with minimal supervision. Prior merchandising experience preferred; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have own personal vehicle.
• Must have a valid driver's license for Illinois.
• One year of previous experience in retail sales or merchandising.
• Bilingual Spanish; preferred.
• Comfortably interacting with the public.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance & demeanor.
• Able to lift 25 pounds or more.
• Familiar with Excel & Word.
• Stand and/or walk for long periods.

Store Merchandiser

The Retail Merchandiser role provides merchandising coverage to achieve superior in-store results for the assigned retail territory. Point-of-sale interaction is required and the ability to impact sales positively. Day shift (7 am to 4 pm), no weekends.

Personal vehicle is required. Monthly mileage reimbursement will be provided.

Requirements (Experience & Skills)

Salary And Benefits

• Salary Range: $45,000. to $50,000. (Annual Base) depending on experience.
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, and paid holidays.
• Monthly mileage reimbursement will be provided.
