Job summary

TESO Group is seeking a Merchandising & Inventory Analyst to manage allocation, purchasing, and stock health across stores. You will develop plans for new openings, coordinate with Visual Merchandising, Operations, and suppliers, and ensure on-time product availability. Strong analytics and ERP/WMS proficiency are essential.

The role focuses on optimizing assortment, reducing stockouts, and improving category performance through data-driven decisions across multiple stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in retail management, supply chain, marketing, business administration or related field.
• At least one year experience in chain-retail purchasing, store merchandising, or inventory operations.
• Strong knowledge of store allocation, replenishment, inventory turnover, ABC analysis and display fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store allocation and purchasing plans; adjust within delegated authority and flag deviations for review.
• Manage new store readiness: delivery plans, opening orders, and promotional displays arrival.
• Monitor inventory health: turnover, ABC mix, and slow-moving stock; propose actions.
• Maintain records and coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and stores; escalate major issues.
