Blufox Mobile, a preferred partner of Comcast Xfinity, is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our location across a fast-growing telecommunications retail network. You will coach a team, drive sales, and manage day-to-day operations to ensure superior customer experiences.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish with proven leadership and a track record of achieving performance goals. This role offers competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 25lbs

Preferred

• Experience in telecommunications, wireless, internet, cable, or technology sales
• Experience with Comcast Xfinity, wireless carriers, or consumer electronics retail environments
• Multi-unit retail or high-volume sales experience
