Blufox Mobile, a preferred partner of Comcast Xfinity, seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead our location. This role focuses on coaching a team, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will manage daily store operations, recruit and develop staff, monitor KPIs, and implement sales strategies that align with growth objectives.

Bilingual English/Spanish is highly valued and leadership excellence is essential for success.

Formación

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Experience as Retail Store Manager, Sales Manager, Wireless Retail Manager, Telecommunications Manager, or Customer Service Manager.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25lbs.

Required
