Store Manager - Zales - Superstition Springs Center

Position: Store Manager

Reports To: District Manager

Position Summary: Lead daily store operations to achieve sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory control, brand representation, and team development. Foster a People First environment that promotes diversity, inclusion, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate performance expectations and coach staff to represent the brand effectively.
  2. Ensure exceptional customer experiences through training and outreach.
  3. Achieve sales projections by developing strategies and analyzing trends.
  4. Recruit, onboard, and develop talent to support store growth.
  5. Maintain a positive, professional work environment that values diversity and respect.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain store appearance.
  7. Manage schedules to optimize store coverage and sales during peak and non-peak periods.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of college preferred.
  • At least 3 years retail sales experience or 2 years retail sales plus 1 year management.
  • Jewelry or specialty retail experience preferred.
  • Diamond Council of America (DCA) certification is a plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.

Physical Demands: Ability to stand, reach, lift up to 10 pounds, and perform visual inspections. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and travel for training.

Work Schedule: Typically a five-day, 40-hour week with shifts scheduled to meet business needs, including peak periods.
