About the Role:

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Store Manager to lead our Roberto Cavalli Outlet store at Woodbury Common. As Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, drive sales, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure the store's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability.
  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Customer Experience:

  • Create a welcoming and luxurious shopping environment for all customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Store Operations:

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage stock levels and minimize inventory loss.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Implement visual merchandising guidelines and maintain attractive product displays.
  • Ensure that the store reflects the Roberto Cavalli brand image.

Inventory Management:

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Implement loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.

Communication & Reporting:

  • Communicate effectively with regional management and other relevant departments.
  • Prepare regular reports on store performance, sales, and inventory.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in a luxury fashion retail environment, preferably in an outlet setting.
  • Strong sales acumen and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A passion for luxury fashion and the Roberto Cavalli brand.
