About the Team:

The Store Manager will be a passionate Pandora fan. As the Store Manager, you will immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and products while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves engaging with customers on the sales floor and working with your team to drive sales. You will coach and manage Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance retail environment.
  • Strong communication skills demonstrating care in both written and verbal forms.
  • Ability to connect with people at all levels and charm an audience.
  • Sharp business acumen and analytical skills to deliver positive results.
  • Skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing teams, with succession planning experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
  • Minimum age of 18, with proof of identity and work eligibility.
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
