Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Store Manager for our Williamsburg, VA location. You will lead customer and associate experiences, drive profitable store performance, and coach a high-performing team to meet store goals.

You will oversee operations, visual standards, community engagement, and budgeting, while leveraging technology to ensure a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. This role requires strong leadership and a guest-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred).

Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing.

Requirements

You'll bring to the role 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred). Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates. Strong people management skills and an ability to develop talent. Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system. Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive results. Action-oriented mindset with an ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.
