In this role, you'll have the opportunity to: Cultivate a customer-focused environment that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences. Develop a strong operational dynamic within the team to achieve store goals. Promote in-store community events and philanthropic partnerships. Use tools and reporting to oversee store profitability, effective budgeting, and payroll. Analyze reporting to develop short and long-term retail plans. Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing.

You’ll bring to the role

2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred) Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates Strong people management skills and an ability to develop talent Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive results Action-oriented mindset with an ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.
