Your new role

As the full-time Store Manager at our Williams Goulburn store, you will be responsible for elevating your store's performance! You will lead your team to create an excellent customer experience, increase sales, and maintain operational standards. With a best-in-class Point of Sale system, you will have the tools to achieve these goals.

Duties

• Provide and maintain a high level of customer experience
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock management
• Manage rosters and control wages
• Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to achieve store targets
• Coach, develop, and mentor your team
