About the Role

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the total omni customer experience in your store, ensuring high visual and commercial standards according to store format, location, and global/regional strategies. You will lead the store team to excel, fostering an inclusive culture that promotes collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit. Additionally, you will analyze sales data, follow up on performance, and create plans to optimize results and profits.

A Day in the Life

• Managing the total omni customer experience, ensuring visual and commercial standards
• Representing the brand positively during customer interactions
• Establishing and analyzing sales and budget goals, creating plans to meet them
• Providing excellent customer service and promoting loyalty programs and sustainability initiatives
• Scheduling staff according to sales plans
• Maintaining store routines, cleanliness, and visual presentation
• Monitoring stock levels and store maintenance

Fashion & Trend Awareness

• Keeping up to date with fashion trends, competitors, and influencers
• Ensuring staff provide product and fashion knowledge to customers

Team & Development

• Managing talent, performance, recruitment, onboarding, and development
• Conducting performance evaluations and succession planning
