Job summary

Shoe Palace is seeking self-motivated Assistant Managers and Managers to lead store teams across the United States. You will hire, coach, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service, hit sales goals, and ensure operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of retail management, strong people skills, honesty, and loyalty. Experience in athletic footwear a plus; growth opportunities and a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment await the right leaders.

Qualifications
