Job summary

KnitWell Group's Chico's Waterloo store in Waterloo, NY is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team, elevate the customer experience, and drive store performance.

You will hire and coach staff, manage payroll and schedules, analyze performance with store reporting, maintain brand standards, and build community connections through in-store events.

• 5+ years of retail management experience; 2+ years in Store Manager role.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

About the role

As Store Manager, you lead the team, build community connections, and shape a seamless customer experience.

You'll bring to the role

• 5+ years of retail management experience required; 2 of those years in a Store Manager position.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, holidays.
