Job Title: Store Manager Unassigned at Walgreens

Responsibilities include:

  1. Learning Walgreens’ operations and leading full store operations across front-end and pharmacy, completing the accelerated development track to Store Manager as outlined in the learning plan.
  2. Under the Store Manager's guidance, overseeing store operations and supporting the team throughout the learning journey.
Training & Personal Development
  • Completing a rigorous, accelerated program with all necessary certifications for the Store Manager role.
  • Participating in classroom, online, and on-the-job training, including rotations in other stores.
  • Following development plans, engaging in professional growth activities, and demonstrating proficiency in learning topics.
Customer Experience
  • Engaging customers, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Coaching team members on customer service and analyzing feedback for improvements.
Operations
  • Gaining experience in supervising store operations, merchandising, loss prevention, inventory management, and compliance.
Business Performance Management
  • Learning to analyze store and pharmacy performance data, developing improvement plans, and identifying sales opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 5 years retail management experience.
  • Fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
  • Willing to work flexible hours and accept assignments/transfers within Walgreens locations.
  • PTCB Certification required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
