Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location, overseeing hiring, staff management and guest experience to meet financial goals.

You will participate in an 8+ week leadership training program and receive mentorship within a supportive Panda community, with a flexible schedule including openings and closings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma and Serve Safe certification required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and develop staff to drive store performance.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ weeks store leadership training program.
