Position Summary:

As a Store Manager & Trainer, you'll be the operational leader of our Sarasota Supercenter — driving sales, mentoring new team members, and elevating the in-store experience. You’ll lead by example, manage store performance, and ensure new sales associates are trained to excel in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide and assist customers through their purchasing journey

Train and mentor new sales associates to ensure consistent execution

Achieve individual and store sales goals with excellence

Oversee store operations, visual standards, and inventory accuracy

Manage customer quotes, payment processing, and post-sale follow-up

Coordinate with delivery and support teams to ensure 5-star execution

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

5+ years of retail or commission-based sales experience

1+ year of team leadership, store management, or sales training

Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills

Tech proficiency: POS, CRM, and mobile quoting tools

Ability to lift up to 125 lbs (with assistance)

Weekend and holiday availability required

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong advantage
