Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations at the Hinesville location. You will recruit, train and supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service and maintain store appearance in line with company standards.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, cash controls and reports, while fostering a positive team environment and strong supplier relations. The role requires English communication and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory, cash control and notices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and up to standards.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees per company guidelines to maximize service and maintain site image.
• Communicate effectively with team; implement fair, non-discriminatory management practices.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals and train staff on safety procedures and company standards.
• Organize files, plan actions to meet site objectives and ensure reports are completed accurately.
