Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment usage and materials.
• Ability to supervise and manage site functions per CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Proficiency with computers including reports, inventory, cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train staff to deliver excellent service.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profit.
• Maintain stock levels and merchandising to company standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety and cash-handling procedures.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Communicate effectively with team and management.
