Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability for all shifts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and onboarding paperwork.
• Conduct interviews, hire and train new team members.
• Explain policies, security guidelines, and training to new hires.
• Coach employees to meet performance standards and address violations.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally.
• Manage inventory, food orders, and store cleanliness to health standards.
• Meet productivity, sales, and food cost targets.
• Communicate effectively with staff and Regional Manager.
• Complete Subway University training courses.
