Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability for all shifts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to train and motivate employees for performance.
• Proficiency with computers and basic software tools.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• As Store Manager, oversee daily operations and scheduling.
• Conduct interviews, hire and train team members.
• Explain policies and safety guidelines to new hires.
• Coach staff to meet performance standards and address violations.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally.
• Manage inventory, food orders, and store cleanliness.
• Meet productivity, sales, and food cost standards.
• Communicate with staff and Regional Manager.
• Complete Subway University training courses.
