Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail management experience.
• Store Manager Trainee will work 45+ hours per week.
• External retail assistant managers aiming to fast-track into Store Manager roles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers professionally.
• Monitor and assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through company channels.
• Open and close the store, manage cash drawers and assets.
• Protect assets through inventory control and secure loans.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, store systems, and reporting.
• Drive profitability by analyzing financial statements and setting goals.
• Ensure operating standards meet FirstCash standards.
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes for value and integrity.
• Communicate clearly with staff about mission and profit objectives.
• Remain up-to-date on product knowledge.
