Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is hiring for a supervisory role in our Denver area location. You will lead store staff, participate in a 5-week manager-training course, and drive sales while maintaining a positive environment for customers and employees.

This full-time position requires supervisory experience, the ability to motivate others, and the stamina to stand and move throughout shifts. Competitive pay starts at $19.75 per hour plus commissions and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
