FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager Trainee in the West Monroe, LA area to transition from retail leadership to a Store Manager through hands-on training and accountability. This role focuses on daily operations and staff development.

You will drive sales, supervise team members, and learn asset protection and customer relations. Compensation includes hourly wages plus commission and a performance bonus based on store results.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 6 months of Store Management experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Strong supervision and staff development skills.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Ability to work across multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and promote a positive environment.
• Partner with Store Manager to develop employees and recruit top talent.
• Analyze store financials to meet goals and drive profitability.
• Ensure asset protection, inventory control, and loan processes are followed.
• Train Pawnbrokers and monitor customer service standards.
• Communicate store objectives and maintain product knowledge.
