Qualifications

• Minimum six months store management experience.
• Must be able to work flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and promote a customer-centric environment.
• Coach and train team members to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent and manage store assets and cash handling.
• Close/open store and safeguard assets with proper procedures.
• Contribute to merchandising, inventory control, and reporting to drive profitability.
