The role includes a 5-week manager-training course, overseeing hiring and development, managing schedules, sales analytics, and compliance with banking, safety, and operational standards. The position offers a base pay with commissions and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to motivate others.
• Must stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Attend a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for staff and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help staff meet theirs.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Ensure banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
