Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail management experience.
• Must be able to supervise others.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Computer literate with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver customer service and sales goals.
• Assist in recruiting and developing store staff.
• Open/close store operations and protect assets.
• Manage merchandising, inventory, and store presentation.
• Support Store Manager and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
