Job summary

Cash America Pawn in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee with at least six months of store management experience to lead daily operations and develop staff. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive customer satisfaction, sales growth, and asset protection across jewelry and general merchandise.

This hourly role offers $13.00–$22.40 per hour plus commission based on productivity and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of Store Management experience.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to recruit and develop store employees.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address issues.
• Monitor and assist in training Pawnbrokers to FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent and supervise store staff.
• Open/close the store and manage cash drawers and assets.
• Ensure asset protection and inventory accuracy.
• Drive profitability through budgeting and goal setting.
• Maintain FirstCash standards and service quality.
