Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail/customer service environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and orient employees.
• Meet sales goals by training and motivating sales staff.
• Complete operational requirements by scheduling employees.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
